HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR THE PROGRAM?

Select the system(s) that you want to protect and have service(s) performed. Mileage at the time of the first service determines your coverage level.

4 LEVELS OF COVERAGE

1. Coverage up to $4,000

Initial service must be performed by a professional technician within the vehicle’s first 50,000 miles.

2. Coverage up to $2,000

Initial service must be performed by a professional technician between 50,001 and 100,000 miles.

3. Coverage up to $1,000

Initial service must be performed by a professional technician between 100,001 and 125,000 miles.

4. Coverage up to $500

Initial service must be performed by a professional technician between 125,001 and 150,000 miles.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN COVERAGE AFTER 15,000 MILES?

• Return to a licensed professional service center.

• Perform required services within 15,000 miles of the initial service.
